Barnett Management Company is a Burger King franchise operating stores throughout Arizona. In March 2015, they were named Burger King's 2014 Franchisee of the Year. For the honor, Tom Barnett received a brand new Corvette and Rolex watch. True to form, Tom took the opportunity to give back to the employees that made winning the award possible. He sold the car and the watch and he and his business partner, Shelley Krispin, doubled the money, handing out $120,000 in bonuses to more than 100 of their employees.
